Fourteen days, no questions
If you buy the Supporter Pass and don’t want it, email hello@yallafact.app within 14 days of purchase with your Paddle order id. We refund in full. You don’t need a reason.
After fourteen days
We can still help if something went wrong: a double charge, a purchase on the wrong account, a feature that never worked for you. Write to us.
How refunds arrive
Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. A refunded pass is switched off.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits the refund rights you have where you live.
